IN:VERSE

Two hearts. One signal. Tap. Tap. Boom.

IN:VERSE is a virtual K-pop duet bringing together music, digital characters, Second Life performance and AI-assisted audiovisual production.

Created as a collaborative artistic project with Niely Atheria, the duo made its debut with Tap Tap Boom on June 30, 2026. The project explores how virtual identities, music and cinematic storytelling can become a coherent artist experience.

ARTIST IDENTITY & PERFORMANCE

Two identities. One stage.

IN:VERSE combines the recognizable virtual identities of Vexx and Niely with choreographed performance, AI-assisted singing sequences and a consistent visual language. The challenge was to make different production techniques feel like one continuous performance.

CINEMATIC STORYTELLING

Beyond the performance.

Alongside choreography and singing, the music video includes character-driven cinematic moments. These scenes give the duo personality, emotional connection and a narrative presence beyond the virtual stage.

HYBRID PRODUCTION

Different tools. One artistic identity.

IN:VERSE was developed through a hybrid workflow connecting virtual-world performance, generative AI, music production and traditional audiovisual post-production. Each technique served a different creative purpose while supporting a unified result.

01

Virtual Stage

Second Life provided the virtual identities, staging and choreographed performances. Firestorm and OBS Studio were used to capture material for the music video.

02

Generative Extensions

AI video tools extended the performances through singing close-ups, lip-sync and cinematic inserts, with attention to character continuity and visual consistency.

03

Music & Post-Production

Music direction with Suno, visual refinement in Photoshop, sound effects with ElevenLabs and final assembly in DaVinci Resolve brought the production together.

MY ROLE

Creative direction across media.

My contributions include the development of the artistic concept and visual identity, music direction, character continuity, audiovisual planning, hybrid production workflow, editing and promotional materials.

The central challenge was to connect music, identity, performance and storytelling into a coherent creative experience.

COLLABORATION

A shared creative project.

IN:VERSE is a collaborative project developed with Niely Atheria, bringing together our virtual identities and shared creative vision.

Tap Tap Boom represents the first released music video of the duo, created around the enjoyment of making music, performing and telling stories together.
